The Ground…
Writer, interdisciplinary scientist, map-maker, editor, outdoor educator, philosopher, yogini, and activist — my multi-faceted identity provides endless entry points for experiencing and engaging with the world. Issues related to climate change, animal rights, and the preservation of wild places animate my varied work as I seek to connect and inspire socioecological transformation.
…The Path
“Remember: you are not who you think you are. You are what you do. Be the kindness of soft rain. Be the beauty of light behind a tall fir. Be gratitude.”
— KATHLEEN DEAN MOORE
